Redesigned parts of the seller checkout and order management experience on eBay to make post-purchase issues easier to track. Sellers could quickly manage refunds, damaged goods, shipment issues, and delays in one place.

why

Sellers were struggling to keep track of multiple issues across different orders, systems and webpages. The experience felt fragmented and made it difficult to understand costs, actions,

and order status clearly.

how

Simplified the workflow by organizing seller issues into a clearer, centralized system. Used visual hierarchy and tracking states to help sellers prioritize actions faster.

Along with the seller onboarding experience on eBay, I designed a site builder that helps sellers quickly create and manage their storefronts. I reimagined how a seller page should function by introducing automated templates, making it easier to set up, customize, and maintain a consistent, professional presence.
